Not all people learn the same way and at T3i Lone Operator we acknowledge that fact. Through many years of experience, we have found a middle path to assure that all students benefit from our training. The training methodology we use for our T3i Lone Operator courses is:

EDIPExplanation: Explanation by the instructors to WHY we use this tactic or technique Demonstration: Instructors demonstrate the tactics and techniquesImitation: Students imitate what was taught to them by T3i staff. Instructors oversee and correct any problems during this phase of training.

Practice: Students practice the tactics and techniques under the supervision of T3i staff. Repetition is reinforced throughout and the key to subconscious competency – our goal.
