01/14/2025 - Lone Operator Course includes medical training

Part of our lone operator course includes medical training. Grounded in the principles of TCCC, the medical portion equips special operations warfighters with the skills needed to manage combat trauma in austere, resource-limited environments without relying on immediate medical support, air evacuation, or readily available resources. Each module begins with a focused review of TCCC concepts and techniques before advancing to casualty care using minimal or improvised medical equipment. We also provide education beyond TCCC. For example, shown here is our medical director demonstrating how to perform stitches, followed by a lesson on improvising wound closure techniques. The course emphasizes self-care for lone operators and incorporates tactics and SOF skills to enhance capabilities and overcome operational challenges.
