Our core solutions include Unmanned Systems, Counter-UAS, SERE/PR Training, Tactical Cyber, Field Service Support, Human Performance Optimization, and High-Risk Training.
Unmanned Systems Solutions and Services
We support and employ highly advanced CUAS solutions to simultaneously detect, track, identify, and defeat a wide range of Group 1-3 UAS threats. We also provide training development and execution, systems delivery and field service support. Our SUAS training offerings include offensive & defensive tactical flight skills, ordnance delivery, and integration into small unit tactics with full mission profiles.
SERE Training & Exercise Support Services
Since 2020, we have provided continuous, "boots on the ground" support to Department of Defense (DoD) Code of Conduct (Level C) SERE training programs. Our team plays an integral role in the success of four distinct component and service-specific SERE programs across multiple locations. With a dedicated workforce of over 140 full-time, highly experienced SERE instructors, we train more than 5,100 students annually—preparing them to survive in any environment and return with honor.
Human Performance
We provide tailored HP solutions designed to develop human capabilities while preserving foundational health for long-term sustainment. Our approach helps customers establish enduring organizations with a focus on fundamentals, continual improvement, and a team-minded culture that benefits the warfighters for both individuals and groups.
Cyber Operations
We provide advanced network and analytical support to offensive cyber operations. Our team is actively designing and deploying tactical cyber edge appliances, with a focus on low-SWaP payload delivery, radio frequency manipulation, and dynamic C2 solutions for contested environments.
Lone Operator
The T3i Lone Operator Series is designed to provide deploying personnel with personal force protection techniques and combative concepts tailored to the unique demands of solo or small-team operations in today’s complex threat environment. At the core of the program is the HITS fighting system—developed over three decades by Henk Iverson—which offers a structured, adaptable methodology that enables operators of all experience levels to integrate effective fighting skills into their existing tactical framework. This non-sport, street-effective system blends empty-hand techniques, edged weapons, and combat ballistic weapon strategies, specifically designed for the modern low-visibility operator.
Training Services
Our highly specialized team of leaders, cadre, and support personnel deliver a comprehensive suite of both initial and advanced training programs spanning a broad spectrum of mission-critical disciplines—from foundational Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training to cutting-edge instruction and support in attritable offensive drone and CUAS operations.
